Are you trying to do a practical repair or a proper repair?

For cones you want a flexible glue to avoid damaging it, so silicone or contact cement. I've heard contract cement, shoe goo and Elmer's white type kid glue used, but I've never repaired where I worried about performance because it was a cheap tower speaker.

If expensive you might want to figure out the exact stuff maybe by contacting manufacturer.

I think some DIY speaker instructions would also give explanations on good glues to use for cones or other sections and why. This thread mentions some glues.
