We've been over this. We don't know what will happen with the tariffs on Monday, and what would occur if Central Canada tried to put an export tariff on oil. It's certainly not going to be as simple as you are suggesting. If they do it without Alberta's agreement, Central Canada will be opening up a second front. It probably would be a bad idea to put the tariff on even if Alberta was willing and enthusiastic about doing it. Never mind that it would setoff an avalanche of court challenges/injunctions etc.
It's also curious that everyone is so upset with Smith, while simultaneously saying Alberta has no power.
