Objectively one could say that the Sharangovch situation is slightly better than Cozens who had a breakout year, signed a $7M contract, and then regressed 40%. At least Sharangovch has a cheaper contract, 2 seasons of good scoring production, and his current lull could be attributed to his injury.
If Sharangovch is not that asset that the Sabres wants then I think Conroy needs to get to work on a 3-way trade to send Andersson to a contender, have that contender send the parts needed for the Sabres and Cozens to Calgary.
