Like I said, the finale felt a little lame for whatever reason right at the end when the New Republic shows up it was like...'alright...cool.' But I dont always like that, everyone deifies X-Wing pilots. Why? But whatever, it was fun and I think mostly pretty good. So I'll take it and try not to be too nit-picky.
Just watched the finale. It was:
Spoiler!
Really just straightforward, because it's a kids show. Wasn't some big twist.
My question is what happens to the residents of At Attin now? I'm guessing their lives weren't as great as we thought. Their actions and speech was constantly being monitored by droids. They were safe, but I'm sure there were some off screen punishments we didn't see. You can't raise generations of people and expect every single person to fall in line from birth.
The way the droid reacted to Wim talking trash about Jod looked pretty ominous. I'm guessing that its protocol didn't end at asking Wim politely to stop.
That being said, the people living on At Attin have no life skills, and the Star Wars universe seems like a pretty dark place to be. Maybe they can take a lot of credits?
Jod also F-ed things up royally. Why does he need to run a mint? Just load his ships up with as many credits as they can carry and get out of there. Maybe come back for more credits later. He has the only ship that can get through the defences. He could have bought entire planets at at a time with the amount of credits there.
Meetings with supervisors? Just put the credits on the ship and go.
