And Chicago and San Jose tanked. They still aren't good but now they have game breaking talent needed to win a cup. And I'm sure one of those 2 will win a cup now in the next 10 years.

There is a difference between deliberately tanking and just being bad. Chicago re-tanked after being bad to get Bedard and San Jose was just bad. Feels like San Jose has the leg up early on.
