How do you expect teachers, doctors nurses etc to be paid when we have tariffs or shut in production and are waiting for pipelines to be built across the Canadian Shield?

For Irving to reach the capacity that would be coming at them we'd have to subsidize that increase in refining capacity to meet that timeline, so zero.
