Exactly that. It clear that without some sort of leverage we won’t get a corridor through Quebec If this is what it takes so be it. Smith isn’t there to look out for Canadas interest she there to look out for Albertas If Canadas provinces wants a piece of that game step up to the table so if we do place tariffs we still have export capacity
