The ROC and the other premiers are doing a lot of whining, but not a lot of convincing. Maybe they should all be rushing to Smith with hat in hand committing to a couple of energy corridors to each coast and promises to remain hands-off on Alberta's energy sector.
They sure sounds like they need Alberta, but haven't offered much other than sounding weak.
