I don't have an issue with that out there, but here, it's gets a little weird at times. It's not a nudity issue, it's how people lounge around in the change area here and posture themselves.
IIRC, people go in and out of change areas for saunas and onsen in Asia and Europe, they don't hang out and do weird postures in the change areas. They certainly might chat and hang out in the bathing area, but they don't spend time in the changing area in the same way some people do here in North America.
