Coleman is a good example perhaps, but I wouldnt qualify him as a top tier FA more a nice to have, and I am not sure it was the club as much as the city- the articles about his choice seem to talk a lot about the lifestyle the city offers.

I think the Flames and the city have a lot to offer players. Obviously the Saddledome is not a big selling feature but the team prioritizes doing the right thing by the people in their organization.
Some notable signings:
Kadri.
Bouwmeester.
Conroy, Tanguay, and Cammalleri all played for the team more than once, which I think speaks highly of the team culture.
I am sure there are more examples but the point I would make is that the Flames work harder at having a good culture than the Oilers and I think we have better FA signings because of it.
