Justin's primary problem was that he has a low IQ and functioned as a puppet for the Butts and Guilbeaults of the world.

Carneys primary problem is that he is misguided and was the originator of policies we now know are destructive and deeply unpopular. Turns out you can be both very smart and very wrong.

As for a PP vs Carney leadership competition, I don't agree with the premise of the question. Carney's vision is wildly incondistent with anything the Conservative membership and base wants.

Turns out we will likely have that choice in an election however.
