My experience has been different with my built-in fridge. After a couple tech visits, basically trying $600 worth of “the most expensive things we can be bothered to try didn’t work, buy a new fridge.” I turned to AI and gave it the same “symptoms” I gave the tech.
CoPilot has helped me become a refrigeration tech, and I think I’ve traced the problem to the temperature dial in the freezer ($17 part from Amazon that should have been the first thing the tech checked). Also found the damper between the freezer and fridge was stuck at 90% closed contributing to the “symptoms”.
Part is in (One day Prime) and so far, fingers crossed, it seems to be working, so F you refrigerator experts, thank you AI.
