Yeah, that may be the answer right there. Beef and cheese is extremely expensive in Canada. So when two of the four key ingredients are stupid expensive and one's hard to even get (real provolone), that might be the barrier rather than just no one feeling like trying to make one.
I mean steak night is a stupid expensive dinner if you're going out these days, and is generally done in nice restaurants. So maybe having to price a quality PC at $25+ in Canada but not have the nice restaurant experience makes it a non starter?
