You must see some value, present and future, to keeping Andersson for a playoff run. And if they do the right thing and trade him in the offseason, whatever marginal loss in value that they give up would be made up for by the continual development of young players through the leadership a guy like Andersson provides. As well as a clear boost in their odds to make the playoffs and win a round, which is inarguable.
