In the meantime, my house had $20k uninsured hail damage from Aug 2024, but city said my house went up $19k in value for a higher tax burden on a higher property tax rate. Fml...
But back on point, I do recall when they built Wells Fargo stadium. Watching a game, they panned from under construction site to the Wachovia Spectrum where the game was getting played.

The Green Line? Screw that. The Green Line is being de-railed (Haha! Train joke!) simply because it was proposed by a competing Government. They'll eventually build the stupid thing but they'll call it something stupid like 'The Smith Line' or something equally dumb.
