A good Wonton is hard to come by, and almost fairly rare, but moreover, getting the really good broth is critical and theirs was fantastic.
Also, I believe that their wonton soup was cooked in the fires of Mount Doom (<-great name for a Mountain by the way) because I'd quickly hop over there and by the time I'd gotten back to my office the plastic container they put the soup in had melted and deformed, it was like a race to get it back to my office and into a bowl.
Thats how you knew it was good!

We drove around and around in HongKong looking for a place to eat at 10pm. Had to stop because my kids needed to go to the bathroom and we stopped right in front if a michelin star wonton place. Shrimp and crab wontons. it was amazing
