for parts of 3 seasons the Flames had all of Suter, MacInnis and Reinhart at their disposal- all home grown and 4 years apart in age- unfortunately they were rarely all healthy at the same time, but when they were it gave the team options like few I have seen before or since. so much so Reinhart sometimes played F on the PP (he played F in general a little). nowadays we see 5 F powerplays, the Flames at times used to run a 3D PP!
one of his last really healthy runs for the Flames was the 86 playoffs- I think he's a bit of a forgotten member of that squad. with 18 points in the playoffs, he was tied with Lanny and one point behind Mullen and MacInnis for team lead (note: the other 3 are HOFers)
