Spencer and Mian I'm on the fence with. I think they should run, and are good councilors, but don't know if they will.

Seemingly a good guy and empathetic. But really just deferred to city administration on many things. And if all you're going to do is defer to city administration, what exactly is the point of your job?
That's my issue with a lot of councillors tbh. They're in for the right reasons, but they don't trust themselves to actually go find the right answers by listening to a range of viewpoints. They just have their ideology and/or read the reports put together by city admin and they say "well the facts say this" when in reality they only listen to way city administration has framed the issue. And then these same councillors get upset or discouraged when people say they don't listen or are doing a bad job.
It's really unfortunate to see. Good intentions, but not great results. Smart guy though, had the potential to do a good job and Im hoping to see him come back to council in the future
