Agreed. But what do they need to beat them? I will say the oilers are a team seemingly designed to be easier and easier to beat as the playoffs go on. They play their top players a crazy amount of minutes so they get worn down. And they rely heavily on their powerplay. The first round sees tons of powerplays - maybe even more than typical regular season games but then fewer and fewer powerplays are called as the playoffs go along.
What is the anti-Oiler piece that LA needs to beat them in the first round? I personally think they could use more scoring and/or a 2nd/3rd line centre that has strong possession numbers. They also need Doughty back and at the top of his game.
