I don’t care if you use chat gpt or not though describing it as a search engine is not accurate.
My issue is that when you quote something you imply that there is a source for that information that is a direct quote. So it isn’t your interpretation of something. And is something that can be fact checked. And is something that you would provide a link to so if someone wants read more about the quoted topic they can.
Buy putting information not found in the source website you are misleading people into the provenance of information. The quoted sections aren’t quotes they are your interpretation of information you are reading. Or if it is AI output. AIs calculation of the words most likely wanted to be seen.
If you are going to quote rather than opine you should provide sources for your quotes. This is basic decorum. Put in a link and then have that link actually link to the source where you copy and pasted it from. It’s basic decorum.
