I mean, they should read the form and check for drug allergies before administering a drug. That should be standard.

My wife is really, really allergic to penicillin (like anaphalaxis) and has been prescribed it multiple times by professionals who have that allergy in their intake forms/system. Eg when she had her wisdom teeth out.

She could have died from taking that. This stuff should be taken more seriously.
