I genuinely dont know.
The thing for me is...when you sign a player you have to meet the Club's Transfer Price, then you have to meet the Player's personal terms, and in Spain you have to be able to financially register the player.
Okay, apparently Barcelona got some lee-way there...no way! Right? When does Barca ever catch a bureaucratic break??
But they pushed it as long as they could. Now...can Olmo leave? Maybe, I really dont know.
The real question is...whether he can be registered to play or not...I presume that Barca still have to pay him? He has a contract. It seems to me that the fact that he cant play is Barca's problem, not Olmo's. Is that strictly accurate? Again, I dont know. The Spanish Football and contract system is a bit of an oddity to me.
But as far as I can tell, seemingly, Olmo has done nothing wrong, this is all on Barca.
