Not sure what to think about Moncata. I had to look up his stats. On one hand he's had a decent average the past few years (aside from 2022), but on the other hand he's a strikeout machine. So he does make contact and get the ball in play or he's striking out. I suppose ultimately he's not a bad hitter. No idea about his defence? If he's average defensively, sign him up.
