Frankly, I am amazed at how fast these guys recover from muscle pulls and tears. I tore my hamstring and I was out for something like 6 months. Granted, I wasnt getting top-notch medical care, but still.
Lots of running, especially start-stop-start...repeat is not good for muscles.
Especially if you dont have cover.

Yeah, and I understand that. But the reality is there are lots of athletes who do this and Spurs aren’t unique. Maybe we hit some bad luck, and that happens. But rugby players run a lot, stopping and starting. Hockey players stop and start all the time. I don’t think I have to point out that other PL players also do this. To look at our rash of injuries and blame the manager is just laughable.
Part of the issue people have is that he played Romero and VDV against Chelsea. Well here’s the thing, the medical team cleared them. So, what’s he supposed to do…play our second choice LB from 2016 and Dragusin against Chelsea or play the bonafide first team?
Anyway, bottom line is that Ange has a lot of issues. We’re sliding down the table and it becomes increasingly untenable. At the same time, these injuries and players out is a bad situation for any manager, regardless of who they are.
