Yeah, theres always the factor of throwing a bunch of people together and hoping for the best, but your X's and O's are done. They are well understood and drilled. You're not re-inventing the wheel by the time you get there you're just helping the team to learn how it rolls.
Thats practice. Even if its just kids fooling around with their line-mates and teammates. It keeps them engaged and they learn the tendencies of their other teammates that they may or may not play with.
This is Basic 101 type stuff.
Then you watch some tape and afterwards they eat pizza and play playstation. But together. Always together.
