Really these three teams are in much worse shape than any of the tanking teams outside of maybe Detroit. There's still hope for Montreal, Buffalo, NYR, Ottawa, Anaheim, and the Sharks are coming along fine. Flames, Islanders, Flyers have all plateaued in the mushy middle and are trending to unintentional (maybe Connie is trying but Wolf is sidetracking things) tanking.
