Heeeey, not all of us are bad. It’s the A & Os that are the problem.
You can add these to the bingo card:
- Signals two feet before, or even after starting, a turn
- Rolls through a stop sign or red light when making a turn
- Doesn’t get up to the speed of traffic when merging
- Needs to evacuate the merge lane immediately, regardless of how long it it. This is worse when it’s a new lane that goes on for several kms.
- Pulls in the opposite direction before turning, sometimes leaving their lane to do so.
- Slows down or stops too early and blocks a turning lane.
- Never, ever, accelerates beyond a glacial pace in a timed turning lane. You’re the reason yield on green is going away.
- Takes it personally when they get passed. I’m sorry you feel slighted when my beta minivan goes faster than your alpha truck.
- Any other situation where you are hindering other peoples’ ability to get where they are going because you feel your time is more important even though you’re the one who missed a turn or can’t figure out another way to get somewhere.
