Completely agreed about normalizing mental health help. Very sad to see all of this loss and pain. Hopefully it's not too late to get him the help he needs.

I think normalizing mental health is way easier said than done, in 95% of time I regretted saying I was having issues. That’s why the slogans make me wretch. I’m any sort of competitive environment that stuff is golden. If you asked me what would the number one employer in this city that will not do the right thing it’s that one. I know I put of a lot of employer on this one that is probably not warranted with that but I would never mention mental health at that shop.
