Carter Hart lost out to Elias Pettersson who put up a PPG almost in his rookie year. Hart also split his time and only played 31 games.
Shesterkin was the starter but he lost out to Kaprizov who put up a PPG. Shesterkin probably had a legit beef. Sorokin was the same year but probably did not have a case to be considered.
I cannot think of many more starters who would have a case.
If Celebrini puts up a PPG on that roster he will be hard to beat.
