They've defeated half the reason one would opt for fast food in the first place (fast + inexpensive).
Between it sucking now and getting healthier I've cut most fast food chains from my routine, but I do occasionally miss being able to get a full combo with a single patty burger for $7 or whatever it was not all that long ago (a decade maybe).
The best bet for an adequately priced meal at those places now is getting the chain's app and seeing what their value deal for the day is and just redeeming that.

I can’t be the only one that wants to know what the $12 burger is so we can judge you. Pepsi free has his signs ready, they only go up to 3/10.
