Refs doing their thing again
16:12 left in the second. MacKinnon is high sticked by Zellweger. Then he gets hit in the face by the puck.
The ref had originally (correctly!) called a penalty, then the 4 officials discussed and decided that there was not a high stick. They didn’t look at any video, just discussed amongst themselves
I guess because MacKinnon got hit by the puck, they must have thought he was reacting to that
