To be clear, my post was in reference to Scorpion's tweet which he called his 23 and under power rankings. In other words, who's hot?
So I also did my list as a power rankings. And regarding Morin (and Kuznetsov, for that matter), he is not having a super year so far, and his progression has been slow so far:
D-yr: 72 pts, 1.075 PPG
D+1: 49 pts, 0.845 PPG
D+2: 29 pts, 1.000 PPG
Points aren't everything, but he is an offensive defenseman. So, for power rankings, he has to be pushed down the list. However, as a prospect, I still really like him and I think there is a good chance that we have a player there.
