Bonds and Clemens should be in no matter what, were both nailed on HOFers even before the PEDs. A-Rod too. Sosa and Maguire are tougher cases to evaluate, probably aren't at a HOF level without the PEDs. But even if they let all the juicers in I wouldn't be too upset, tons of guys were juicing back then so the playing field was pretty level.
