And even the possibility of the fire making challenge aside...wouldn't you want to know how to make fire for the OTHER 25 days you are there? Fire making seems like it'd be a handy no-brainer, if you were anywhere near the casting interview stage.

Unanimous for Rachel then. Teeny and Sue were painfully obvious carry's to the finale. If Sam had managed to get Rachel out somehow, I think it would have been unanimous for him over those two, too. Completely useless players.
