I loathe Trudeau, but in most places, you don't get to be #1 if you were kind of a joke as a #2. PP's value to the Conservative Party when he wasn't leader was he was the bulldog. All he did was attack. That's all he still does, but if he hasn't learned to act maturely by now, an elevation is not going to fix it.
