Maybe, and I'm likely wrong. But I can't see Justin wanting this piece of poison paper going out today on top of everything else.
And what's whoever is reading it going to say? Yeah we blew through all of our guardrails, But its all Freeland's fault?
Her letter effectively counter acts anything like that.
