I doubt that Justin is going to resign, he thinks he can save this mess.
Jagmeet has demanded that Justin resign, but won't commit to anything else.

All of the Ministers left in Trudeau's government continue to claim that the FES is going ahead today and will be shared. We'll see if that will actually happen and how many of these Ministers will stick around if Trudeau does resign instead.
