Kind of feels like CLB pick Cayden Lindstrom. Doubt it'll hurt his draft stock but definitely a buyer beware sticker will be applied.
Weird that there's two WHL stand out centers in consecutive drafts with back problems. Both being taller kids too. I wonder if playing too much hockey during massive growth spurts leads to these issues with a high frequency compared to shorter players.
I mean there's a physical reason teenagers go through long "lazy" streaks. Playing continuous hockey doesn't allow for that. It's probably even more important for taller people.
