Yeah. I think Wolf would have to get a lot of starts and put up god-like numbers to get the Calder. Guys like Celebrini, Michkov and Hutson get so much media attention and it’s also just rare for goaltenders to win the award.
Unlike the other players in the hunt, Wolf would have to basically get the flames into the playoffs while playing at least 60% of the remaining games in order to win the Calder. If he did that, he would definitely deserve it over the other players listed IMO. A very high bar for any young goaltender but it’s the nature of how these awards go. It’s rarely very fair.
