This is why it’s a pivotal time for Craig and he needs to start looking at some of the offers and firming up his ask. As we know so far he’s been trying to remain competitive this year because of the hot start, but I’m told that the “ship has sailed” and the Flames could be looking to make moves here shortly.
I personally feel like with how close we are to the bottom we should be moving some of the vets, the ones that don’t want to be here and the ones with most value.

Sounds like Andersson wants to be on a contender. We’ve heard Backlund and Kadri want to stay. Coleman has stated he likes it here and it’s seems like Weegar does too.
Of course, much of this could change if you put a chance to go play on a cup contender in front of these guys and from a PR thing, they’re doing the right thing by not stating publicly they want to, or would like to, leave.
