I don’t think the people clamouring for him actually watched him play. Did anyone even notice him against us ?
You want to use other players who Buffalo traded and they did well on other teams you could see the potential and for a few they realized it in Buffalo just had issues with the team.
Cozens sucks. He likely has peaked and is on a Lindholm trajectory but at least Lindholm wins faceoffs. Cozens even sucks at that.
We need a center but we aren’t desperate for other teams garbage that are locked up to long term big money deals.
