I'd say the only real criticism of Vladar would be the second goal and especially the timing of it. The game was pretty even up to that point and it did create a bit of a snowball effect (with the undisciplined play also playing a factor in the two PP goals against).
After that the Flames had to start chasing the game and Tampa Bay is not an offense you want to have to stretch out against and chase the game, because they will crush you in transition once you're stretched out.
It's an issue he had the past two seasons in terms of letting in a soft goal at an inopportune time of the game and it popped up again last night. He's been able to avoid it for the most part this season though.
