The age and cap hit difference I think gives Jonathan the edge - but it's probably close.

I'd say at the time both contracts were awarded, Nurse's was a worse management decision. Nurse is what he is and most people's jaws hit the floor when he got that contract. Huberdeau's is worse now because of how he fell off. It always going to be a contract that would age poorly, but it was supposed to be OK for at least a few years.
