Here's the conversation: the topic is whether NMCs will be a topic of discussion in the next CBA. You took the position that the PA will be too busy with financial matters. While I disagreed with your assessments (no chance expansion fees are shared, regardless of what Marty Walsh may have said), I said that the PA is capable of bringing more than one item to the table (which is simply Negotiations 101 BTW). Now you have come to the conclusion above in bold.
