Background: I was preparing my family's original antique Apple ][e computer for sale. It had languished unused in basements for decades enough. Before parting with it I scraped all the old Appleworks, Printshop and Newsroom data files from the stack of double-sided, double-density floppies that passed for storage back in the day.
Among other things of no interest to anyone, I found this graphic:
This is what comes of nerds who like hockey. The text elements were created using the Newsroom text function. The axonometric boxes around the text were plunked in by me, pixel-by-pixel. The sentiments were all mine, and as true today as they were back then.
This seems like the right place to post it, so it can fulfill its ultimate destiny after a 40-year wait.
