OK, so I agree Mookie Betts at 2B isn't available, so maybe you can't do much better than this for 2B. But it's also nearly $20MM/year in cash on average for 5 years, and I think you could add more offense than this for $19MM per year.
Unless they're also spending big on a DH, 3B and 2x corner outfielders I think this money would be better off getting a bat for one of those spots.
Obviously depends on what's going the other way, and if the Guardians are picking up some of the money that helps as well.
