How young you can go depends on what kind of shape you're in.
For Manhattan Boy, who I assume lives in NYC and has a descent job, in any big city there is a massive amount of women in their late 30 and early 40s, who want to settle down immediately. Then you have the divorced crowd, who also know that they want.
It gets a bit sad if you're post 40 and still devoting your personality to picking up women, but, of anything, the older you get, the harder it becomes to stay single.

My father-in-law checked into a old folks place a couple years back. He's a former music professor with a full head of hair and a largely functional brain,
The place is basically his own personal whore house. He dates em till they pass away then just switches up.
Victimless crime I guess?
