Why? Do you leave your hog out when you go to the sink to wash after and are worried you'll embarrass yourself in front of the ladies?
For many public washroom scenarios, this makes a ton of sense.
I agree for a stadium, not as much because urinals are so damn space efficient. In parts of the world they have urinals in the street, and I'm not too concerned about a woman walking behind me while I'm at the urinal. Personally there would be no problem using a urinal in a gender neutral bathroom.
