Yeah he sounds legitimately happy to be a Stampeder and sounds like a guy embracing his leadership role. I also liked how he admitted that he didn't work hard enough early in his career and now he's committed to being the first guy in the facilities every day. Most of all I'm excited about the return of the deep ball to the Stampeders as between Bo's shoulder issues at the end of his Stamps tenure and Maier's arm strength, it's something that this offense has been lacking for some time. I'm expecting a lot more big plays on offense this coming season and less of the horizontal passing game that has become prevalent over the past few seasons.
