Its hilarious to me that the justification to add ~3000 people to that location was that there is a bus stop.

Well that and a quick drive west to hit the ring road, a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bus to an LRT station, a super quick commute to the hospital and heritage park, direct bus route to Mount Royal and the west side of downtown, close to jobs at Southcentre mall and Macleod trail. But hey, better keep that density down.
